Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Must be an EPL Crew Member certified on all EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Competencies: Basic math, computer skills, and customer service skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, talk, lift objects up to 40lbs, and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including security protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
