Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Shift Leader in Houston, TX. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver a great guest experience, and maintain a safe, clean store environment.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and coach staff to uphold quality and service standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, eligibility for varied hours, and ServSafe certification before leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for varied hours including early shifts and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable under local laws.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training.
• Current valid driver’s license preferred but location dependent.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities
