Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in the United States is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to help run daily operations with a focus on guest experience and team leadership.

You will oversee crew schedules, coach crew and managers, and uphold safety, inventory and profitability while driving performance and ongoing training in a fast-paced setting. Applicants must be 16 or older.

This role is Vital to the operations within the restaurant because you will:

• Encourage training, education, and continued learning from the team
