Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Follow opening check list procedures and assign registers.
• Adhere to and enforce the posted team member schedule.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and health department rules.
• Enforce employee meal and discounts policy.
• Monitor dining room service and delivery standards.
• Handle cash management and driver drops during shifts.
• Ensure all team members complete side work before clocking out.
• Follow closing check list procedures and restock supplies.
• Assist with weekly/monthly inventory using the store system.
