Job summary

AMNJ Ent Inc, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to help run the store at 1311 Madison Ave. You will lead the team, uphold customer service standards, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced environment.

On-the-job orientation is provided; the role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with day, night, and weekend shifts. Candidates should be 18+ and have prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred (1 year)
• Restaurant experience preferred (1 year)
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team to maintain high customer service and product quality
• Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specs
• Stock ingredients and rotate using FIFO
• Assist with taking orders in person and over the phone; handle carside delivery when needed
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Contribute to cost control and staff development
