Job summary

AMNJ Ent Inc, a locally owned Domino's Pizza franchise, seeks a Shift Leader to guide store operations, staff, and customer service while maintaining product quality. You will staff, manage costs, and develop team members in a fast-paced, friendly environment with opportunities for advancement.

Must be 18+, able to deliver when needed, with 1 year leadership or restaurant experience. This role includes day and night shifts, weekend availability, and the chance to grow with a team-focused

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to deliver when needed.
• Experience: Leadership 1 year (Preferred) and Restaurant Experience 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specs (pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, sides).
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas; use FIFO.
• Interact with customers: take orders by phone and in person; carside delivery where needed.
• Daily cleaning and sanitation (sweeping, mopping, cleaning coolers, trash, dishes).
• Deliver products by car and assist with drive-thru or pickup as required.
