Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service while coaching crew and other managers. You will monitor quality, safety, and profitability, schedule and prepare for the next shift, and help departments meet goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchisee restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald’s standards in quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
• Meet targets for shifts and assist Departments in reaching goals.
