The role requires leadership of crew and other managers, planning for each shift, maintaining McDonald’s standards, and keeping operations safe and profitable.

Experience in leadership is preferred, with individuals who are team players, flexible in scheduling, and able to perform under a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness; monitor safety and profitability.
• Manage crew, scheduling and daily operations; train and develop team members.
• Assist in reaching targets for shifts and departments; support inventory and maintenance.
