McDonald’s independent franchisee in Sterling, CO is hiring a Shift Manager. Lead shifts each week, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining quality, safety and cleanliness.

18+ required to be a manager. Starting pay at $15.00 per hour with benefits including paid time off, flexible scheduling, health benefits, Archways to Opportunity tuition assistance, free meals, training, uniforms and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment optional.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew schedules and shift coverage.
• Provide leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Take action on safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
