GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience. You’ll support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching teammates, and upholding top standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicate restaurant needs and maintenance concerns to management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
