Dunkin' Donuts in The Village, Oklahoma invites dedicated individuals to join as Shift Leader. You will supervise daily operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with team member coaching.

This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Fluently speak/read English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong passion for results and team-building.
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
• Excellent guest service, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades
