Pay starting $17.00 / hour

Shift Differential for Closing Shift Leaders

Role:

Support the RGM by running effective shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed.
  • Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions.
  • Ensure all employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear the company uniform.
  • Prioritize customer needs and demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Maintain food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive relations.
  • Greet customers warmly, politely, and pleasantly.
  • Work with urgency and collaborate effectively with management and colleagues.
  • Show cooperation and teamwork, helping others when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers.
Attendance:
  • Report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to perform tasks. Provide notice if unable to attend.
  • Use the approved timekeeping system accurately, recording all hours worked.
Initiative and Energy:

Take proactive actions, go beyond basic requirements, and maintain high activity levels.

Developing People:
  • Provide regular feedback on Team Members’ performance to the RGM.
  • Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
  • Participate actively in training Team Members.
  • Handle conflicts constructively and work with RGM for resolution.
Act Like an Owner - Assist:
  • Manage profit and loss by following cash control, security procedures, and inventory management.
  • Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
  • Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
  • Preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Background checks are required for management employees.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to stock shelves and coolers, oversee and manage staff, and provide direction.
  • Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, carry, and tolerate walking and standing for most of the shift.
