Pay starting $17.00 / hour

Shift Differential for Closing Shift Leaders

Role:

Support the RGM by running effective shifts independently. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed, and assist others as appropriate.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure consistent satisfaction by executing the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine, completing responsibilities related to People, Customers, and Service, and ensuring team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks.
  2. Appearance and Service: Ensure employees maintain a neat appearance and wear uniforms, prioritize customer needs, and maintain food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
  3. Customer Relations: Resolve complaints promptly, greet customers politely, and work with urgency and enthusiasm.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with management and peers, assist others, and foster a positive team environment.
  5. Attendance: Report on time, in uniform, and use the approved timekeeping system accurately. Provide notice if unable to work.
  6. Initiative and Energy: Take proactive actions, go beyond basic requirements, and maintain high activity levels.
  7. Developing People: Provide feedback, participate in training, and handle conflicts constructively.
  8. Ownership and Operations: Assist with profit and loss management, cash control, inventory, labor, food safety, and facility maintenance. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Background checks required for management roles.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Basic math skills, ability to stock, oversee staff, and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working for most of the shift.

This role typically involves 30+ hours per week, but hours may vary. Job duties may be added or changed by management at any time.
