Pay starting $17.00 / hour

Shift Differential for Closing Shift Leaders

Role:

Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction: Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed.
  2. Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions.
  3. Ensure that all employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear the company uniform.
  4. Prioritize customer needs and demonstrate excellent customer service.
  5. Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
  6. Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive relations.
  7. Greet customers politely with a smile, demonstrating a positive attitude.
  8. Work with urgency and collaborate effectively with management and team members.
  9. Show cooperation and teamwork, helping others when needed.
  10. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers.
Attendance:
  1. Report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to perform tasks. Provide notice if unable to attend.
  2. Use the approved timekeeping system accurately to record all hours worked.
Initiative and Energy:

Take proactive actions, go beyond basic requirements, and maintain high activity levels.

Developing People:
  1. Provide regular feedback to the RGM on team member performance.
  2. Offer ongoing constructive feedback and recognition.
  3. Participate actively in training team members.
  4. Handle conflicts constructively and collaborate with RGM for resolution.
Act Like an Owner - Assist:
  1. Manage profit and loss by following cash control, inventory, and labor procedures.
  2. Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, and holding times.
  3. Assist with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are met.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
  1. Preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
  2. Must be at least 18 years old.
  3. Background checks are required for all management employees.
  4. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
  5. Basic business math skills required.
  6. Ability to stock shelves, oversee staff, and provide direction.
  7. Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, carry, and tolerate standing and walking for most of the shift.
