Availability: Looking to fill weekday and weekend shifts of 4 to 6 hours.

At Tiff’s Treats, we bring happiness to customers by delivering warm, delicious treats. We are seeking enthusiastic On Duty Managers (ODMs) to join our team! This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position during the absence of salaried managers, ensuring smooth store operations. When not serving as ODM, you'll work as a Kitchen Team Member, contributing to the team’s success. Whether you're aiming to develop leadership skills or enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be a SWEET opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and overseeing daily operations
  • Assign, oversee, train, and evaluate work of 3–6 employees during ODM shifts
  • Manage preparation, sales, inventory, and service of our sweet products
  • Greet customers, take orders, use the register, package orders, and check for accuracy
  • Route deliveries to maximize efficiency and speed
  • Complete opening/closing procedures, daily paperwork, and inventory checks when serving as ODM
  • Work as a Kitchen Team Member when not in the ODM role
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with the team and lead by example

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of leadership and/or management experience
  • Availability to work during busy days such as Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
  • Kitchen Team Member shifts are required throughout the week, earning $15/hour
  • Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and reach items up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to follow visual and audible cues, and written and verbal instructions in a noisy environment
