Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and overseeing daily operations
• Assign, train, and evaluate 3–6 employees during ODM shifts
• Manage product preparation, sales, inventory, and service
• Greet customers, take orders, process transactions, and ensure order accuracy
• Route deliveries efficiently
• Complete opening/closing procedures, daily paperwork, and inventory checks when ODM
• Work as a Kitchen Team Member when not in ODM role
• Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of leadership or management experience
• Availability during peak days like Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
• Kitchen Team Member shifts required throughout the week; pay rate $15/hour
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable standing and walking in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions in a busy environment
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile
• Assist with kitchen and cleaning duties
• Driver must have a clean record, own vehicle, valid auto insurance, and driver’s license
• Kitchen pay rate is $10/hr plus tips, averaging $15-20/hr
