Job Description

Join as a Full-Time Shift Lead at Jersey Mike's in Rolling Meadows, IL, and earn up to $21/hr including tips.

As a Shift Lead, you will do all the jobs of a Crew member in addition to:

• Leading and running excellent shifts
• Overseeing daily task completion and quality
• Motivating team members using communication skills
• Helping resolve customer issues when a manager is unavailable
• Leading by example with urgency and attention to detail
• Following policies and standard operating procedures

A Full-Time Shift Lead is expected to work at least 30 hours per week.

Our restaurants are open daily from 10 am to 9 pm. The opening shift starts at 7:00 am, and the closing shift ends at 9:30 pm.

Hourly employees earn a share of tips proportionally to hours worked. Pay periods are bi-weekly.
