Burnt End BBQ and Catering in Kansas City is hiring a Full Time Hourly Key Team Lead / Hourly Manager to support restaurant operations and guest service. If you have 1+ years of restaurant management or shift leader experience, we'd like to hear from you!

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant manager or shift leader experience
• Strong focus on hospitality & guest service
• Experience assisting in the kitchen when necessary
• Hospitality focused and team-oriented
• Ability to support operations leadership with finance and systems
• Able to open and/or close the restaurant as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Provide shift supervision to ensure high quality food and guest service.
• Support opening and closing tasks as an hourly team leader.
