Qualifications

• Ability to take and process orders (in person or by phone).
• Experience using a computer keyboard or touch screen for orders.
• Lead the team on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Greet customers and take orders professionally.
• Master POS systems for automated order taking.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist management with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Count cash and process daily reports.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
