Job summary

Smoothie King (SKFI) is looking for a passionate Shift Leader in Lockport, Illinois, to help guests achieve their fitness goals by blending delicious smoothies and providing friendly service. You will lead team members in the absence of the General Manager and ensure cash handling and store operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a customer service role and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
