Job summary

Papa Johns in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations and guide a collaborative team. You’ll lead by example, handle opening and closing procedures, take customer orders, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining quality standards.

You'll manage inventory, monitor food and labor costs, and support training and development of team members. This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with consistent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• ServSafe Certificate preferred.
