Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant/retail/hospitality experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong team mindset and clear communication.
• Leads by doing and stays calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn't on site.
• Work across positions: cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and great guest experience.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Train new team members and uphold brand standards.
• Keep restaurant clean, safe, and compliant.
