Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to drive service excellence and maintain smooth daily operations at our Gulfport location. You will lead by example, handle opening/closing procedures, take orders, prepare products with speed and quality, and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

You will also manage inventory and costs, support team development, and supervise cash handling to ensure guest satisfaction and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• ServSafe Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Take customer orders and ensure top-notch service.
