Steak N Shake is hiring a Shift Manager in the United States (Florida). You will assist in day-to-day restaurant operations, direct employees, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding the Gold Standard in service.

You will partner with the General Manager to meet business objectives and help drive growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, a competitive spirit, and a track record of high character and competence.

Qualifications

• US work authorization is required.
• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities
