Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management and lead the team during busy shifts in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will help create a vibrant dining atmosphere and mentor teammates while ensuring smooth operations. You will gain hands-on cooking experience, enhance guest satisfaction, and develop leadership and store-operations skills, all while contributing to a welcoming Panda culture.

Qualifications

• Some high school required or preferable.
• Operations experience preferred and food safety awareness.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
