Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Food Prep & Delivery: Oversee food preparation and timely order delivery.
• Daily Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Quality Standards: Maintain high quality standards across all tasks.
• Fiscal Responsibility: Monitor cash handling, inventory, and cost control.
• Supervise Team: Lead and develop team members, provide coaching.
• Communicate Issues with Management: Report significant issues to management.
• Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures: Enforce cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
• Achieve and Maintain Required Certifications: Ensure compliance with certifications and training.
• Restaurant Administration: Handle basic admin duties and record-keeping.
