You will manage shifts, train staff, handle cash and inventory, maintain a clean, safe environment, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture that motivates everyone to excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.
