The Wendy's Company is looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Chicago. You will supervise crew, ensure food safety, and deliver great guest experiences while upholding Wendy's standards.

You will be responsible for coaching your team, managing shift workflows, and promoting a positive, safe work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth and professional training.

Responsabilités

• Stand and move during most or all of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve guests, and keep a clean store.
• Lead and train team to ensure efficient shift operations.
• Promote a culture of food safety and quality control.
• Plan and supervise shift tasks to meet targets and guest needs.
• Coordinate with team to handle busy periods and service flow.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff as needed.
