Job summary

Taco Bell of Webster is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead shifts, manage team performance, and support the Restaurant General Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, solid math and accounting basics, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and benefits are provided by the franchisee.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
