Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Ithaca, NY. You will run great shifts, support the Restaurant General Manager, and ensure smooth operations with self-sufficiency and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are performed on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership to solve problems and make decisions.
• Provide guidance to team members and help others as needed.
• Assist with daily operations and scheduling during shifts.
