• Open and close shifts without supervision and lead teams.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service and updated policies and procedures.
• Support production and assist when needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
