Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a team and ensure tasks are completed on shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and shift documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality across the site.
