Job summary

Luna Grill Forney is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to help launch our new location. You will lead the shift, mentor team members, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional guest moments from the floor.

We value a people-first culture, strong hospitality, and a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. Previous supervisory experience in high-volume restaurants is required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or leadership role in high-volume or fast casual environments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as the person in charge; manage daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure a clean, efficient, welcoming environment.
• Deliver hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
• Support inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll set the tone for the shift — leading your team, creating great guest moments, and ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
