The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting is preferred; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
• Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control accurately
• Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure proper coverage
• Communicate effectively with the team and management to meet goals
• Jump in to help wherever needed to keep the team running strong
