Job summary

Ambrosia QSR is seeking a Shift Leader responsible for overseeing shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating a trained team. This role requires leading front-of-house operations during peak times and stepping in for management as needed, with emphasis on safety, service quality, and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates will have Serv Safe certification and POS experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to guide a diverse team on a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serv Safe certification is required or preferred.
• Experience with a POS system is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff by implementing training plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure staff take required breaks and comply with work limitations.
• Report employee concerns to General Manager and HR.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform front-of-house leadership during peak hours and supervise operations.
• Uphold food safety and company policies at all times.
