Job summary

Taco Bueno is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a hardworking crew in a fast-paced Little Rock location. You will coach team members, ensure food quality, and uphold cash handling standards while delivering fast, friendly service to guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and a proactive approach to operations. A flexible schedule is required, with weekends available, and bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop crew members to deliver the best customer experience.
• Ensure food quality consistently exceeds standards.
• Follow and enforce cash handling procedures.
• Provide fast, friendly guest service every shift, every day.
• Step in as needed to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times.
• Support the General Manager in achieving business goals including sales, costs, labor, and inventory management.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative.
• Set a great example by being punctual and in proper uniform.
