Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop crew members to deliver the best customer experience
• Ensure food quality consistently exceeds standards
• Follow and enforce cash handling procedures
• Provide fast, friendly guest service every shift, every day
• Step in as needed to keep shifts running smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
• Support the General Manager in achieving business goals including sales, costs, labor, and inventory management
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative
• Set a great example by being punctual and in proper uniform
