Domino's Pizza in Moorhead, MN is hiring a Team Lead to run shifts, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will help with pizza preparation, cash handling, and daily operations while training new team members.

This full-time role offers growth within a dynamic franchise and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is competitive with benefits including health and retirement options; flexible schedules and paid training are also provided to support leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
