Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management during shifts and help create a welcoming, efficient dining environment. You will gain skills in store operations, team leadership, and hands-on food preparation of Panda favorites.

Ideal candidates have some operations experience and are comfortable with food safety requirements. The role offers growth opportunities and a path toward management within a fast-paced, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Some high school (minimum education)
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety certification or local/municipal requirements may apply and could be acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
