Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support restaurant leadership and guide team members during shifts. You will help maintain a welcoming environment for guests and participate in hands-on food prep of Panda favorites.

You’ll gain experience in daily store operations, leadership, and team development in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. This role offers opportunities for advancement within Panda’s network.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety (Local/municipal requirements) acquired at applicant’s own expense
