Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team by leading shifts and supervising crew members. You will ensure smooth restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction through excellent service and proactive supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model excellence in customer service and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating crew members.
• Contribute to store financial results by running a successful shift to brand standards.
