Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders run shifts and master floor control to maintain high floor operations.
• Greet customers and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Coordinate with Crew and Managers to meet targets during shifts.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure items are stocked.
• Develop and motivate crew; train new hires.
