As a Shift Manager at a franchisee-owned McDonald’s restaurant, you’ll lead a crew, plan shifts, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. You’ll monitor safety, food quality, inventory, and maintenance, coach team members, and help departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and maintain a positive team mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Coordinate with departments to meet goals and training needs.
• Plan for each shift and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
