Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, providing leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
• Attend to duties such as scheduling and training to support the team for every shift.
