• Monitor speed of service and adjust deployment as needed.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and temperature control.
• Complete food safety logs accurately and on time.
• Address food safety concerns promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and shift changes.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and controls.
• Monitor stock levels and rotation.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Coach team members and reinforce standards.
• Train and develop new and existing staff.
• Communicate equipment, maintenance, and staffing needs to management.
• Monitor labor during shifts.
• Control food waste and proper portioning.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally.
