Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team, coach staff, and ensure a great guest experience from opening to closing. The role emphasizes leadership, quality control, and a safe, clean store environment in a fast-paced bakery-café setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, willing to undergo background checks, and able to obtain ServSafe certification. Growth toward management roles is encouraged within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Coach team members and provide feedback.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow toward General Manager positions.
