Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for long periods.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to following brand standards and food safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations for training.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead team to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support management to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Promote a customer-first attitude and train team accordingly.
• Ensure procedures and food safety standards are followed at all times.
