Einstein Bros Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader in Clearwater, FL. The role supports the General Manager, motivates staff, coaches teammates, and helps ensure a high-quality guest experience with a clean and safe store environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+, and able to work varied hours, including early shifts and weekends. ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are preferred or required at some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Current, valid driver’s license preferred but required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment.
