RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store crew, set the tone, and ensure excellent guest experience. You’ll train teammates, manage food service, stocking, cash handling, and safety standards while driving performance and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to coach others and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude and motivate the team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
