Responsabilités

• Assists the Manager on Duty with daily operations and shift leadership.
• Oversees customer service quality during busy periods.
• Greets customers, takes orders, and promotes upsell opportunities.
• Manages cash, POS transactions, and daily close reports.
• Ensures food quality, proper sanitation, and inventory control.
• Coordinates scheduling and tasks across FOH and BOH as needed.
